Senior Trainer
Asghaab (AJ) strives for the pursuit of the perfect physique which is strong, agile and able to do anything.
After matriculating in 2002, Asghaab studied a BA Sport Science degree at the University of Western Cape (UWC) 2003 and has since been able to apply his knowledge while working at gyms as a consultant, physical trainer to sport teams and as a rugby player.
His vision is to have a facility that clients can learn, grow and share an experience of training found nowhere else in South Africa.
